Use the Info Tab to develop a guideline for the role of the Champion.
Use the Team Champion Tabs to develop a list of the Champions on the Team. Adjust the roles to fit the needs of your organization.
We recommend the Champion Teams meet at least 1 time every 2 months. Meet more frequently if the role is more critical to the business goals.
